• Own the full cycle in your area, from first contact to signature.
• Sell to SMEs and mid-market companies with a clear, honest pitch and flat pricing.
• Pre-sales support on every deal: you are never alone in a technical meeting.
• Experience selling software or services to companies matters more than knowing AI.

Own the client relationship from the first demo to renewal: you help them decide, you get their agents running, and you make sure it keeps paying off.

• Accompany the sale as the person who really knows how the client works.
• Put their agents into production and train their team, in under two weeks.
• Stay with them afterwards: adoption, new use cases and renewal.
• It is not support and it is not only sales: it is the role that sees the real impact of what we build.

Build our partner network: recruit consultancies and integrators, and make sure selling Sofias is worth their while.

• Recruit and onboard partners into the Sofias Partner Programme.
• Train their sales teams so they can pitch and qualify on their own.
• Follow their pipeline and remove whatever blocks a deal.
• You already have a pipeline of candidate firms waiting to be worked.

Turn a client process into a working agent: you are the bridge between what sales promises and what engineering builds.

• Run demos and design the solution with the client, in their own language.
• Write technical proposals and public tender submissions.
