Sofias is engaged in the development, deployment and commercialisation of artificial intelligence agents and automation platforms for organisations, under a recurring licence model. Access to the website is free of charge, except for connection costs.
This Legal Notice does not govern the contractual relationship. The contracting of the platform and the agents, as well as the rights and obligations of the organisations that licence them, are governed by the "General Terms of Use of the SOFIAS Platform". In the event of any discrepancy between the two documents in contractual matters, the "General Terms of Use of the SOFIAS Platform" shall prevail.
The user (the "User") undertakes to use Sofias's digital services in accordance with the law and in good faith, and to refrain, by way of example but not limitation, from:
Access to the platform is reserved for users authorised by the client organisation (the "Client Organisation"). The use of credentials without such authorisation is expressly prohibited.
All content on the website and the platform — texts, images, videos, trade marks, logos, graphic design, interfaces and source code — is owned by Sofias or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. No exploitation rights are granted to the user beyond those necessary for the use of the services.
The scope of the licence to use the platform and the agents is determined in the "General Terms of Use of the SOFIAS Platform".
Third-party trade marks and logos appearing in the digital services belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification and information purposes.
We endeavour to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free from errors or that the website will be available without interruption. The general information published does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer.

Sofias makes available to the User conversational assistants and agents operated by means of artificial intelligence systems, both on the website and on the platform. In accordance with the transparency obligations laid down in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence, you are expressly informed that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a natural person.
Their responses are informative in nature, may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute a contractual offer or professional advice. Any commercial commitment requires written confirmation from us.
We recommend that you do not enter into the website assistant any personal data of third parties or confidential information that is not necessary for your enquiry. The processing of the data that the Client Organisation enters into the platform is governed by the "General Terms of Use of the SOFIAS Platform" and by the "Privacy Policy".
The processing of personal data is described in the "Privacy Policy". The use of cookies and equivalent storage technologies is described in the "Cookie Policy". Both documents form part, together with this Legal Notice and the "General Terms of Use of the SOFIAS Platform", of the same body of Sofias legal texts.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Donostia – San Sebastián, unless the applicable legislation mandatorily establishes another jurisdiction.
